Delivery Guidelines for personal food items export.

1. Please note that the prices/invoice sent will be valid for one week only; if payment is not received, a new invoice will be processed for you.
2. Payment for the items required must be received before your order will be processed.
3. A service fee (of 10%) may apply if items required are not what we have listed on our online store.
4. The shipping fee will be calculated and paid after the items have been purchased, packed, and weighed to get the exact weight and freight/cargo charge.
5. Items prohibited in any of the destination countries will not be shipped.
6. Please note that refunds for transfer/payment made will be less the bank charges that apply.
